Research Group & Summary:
Advanced Nanomaterials and Environmental Science Lab
Our laboratory operates at the interface of chemical engineering and materials science, developing innovative solutions for healthcare and environmental sustainability. Our core research encompasses the synthesis of nanomaterials—particularly silver nanoparticles—the formulation of eco-friendly bio-based packaging, and the development of functional hydrogels for applications in wound dressings, flexible strain sensors, and high-performance biosensors. In addition, we engineer next-generation water treatment technologies, including the fabrication of specialized purification beads. Through a rigorous, multidisciplinary approach, we aim to bridge the gap between fundamental scientific discovery and practical engineering applications.
