ประกาศมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี
เรื่อง มาตรการด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในช่วงสถานการณ์ ระหว่างไทย และกัมพูชา
ด้วยสถานการณ์ความตึงเครียดระหว่างไทยและกัมพูชายังคงดำเนินอยู่ และอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อความปลอดภัยในการดำรงชีวิตของนักศึกษาและบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัย อันเป็นสิ่งที่มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานีให้ความสำคัญสูงสุด ดังนั้นเพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยต่อสวัสดิภาพของประชาคมมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี และประชาชนในพื้นที่ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี จึงออกมาตรการด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในช่วงสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว จนกว่าสถานการณ์จะคลี่คลายเข้าสู่ภาวะปกติ ดังต่อไปนี้
1.การเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาบรรยาย
มอบหมายให้คณบดีพิจารณาจัดรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนตามความเหมาะสม ได้แก่ การเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ (online) แบบในสถานที่ (onsite) หรือแบบผสมผสาน (hybrid) โดยให้อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบรายวิชาแจ้งรายละเอียดและแนวทางการเรียนการสอนแก่นักศึกษาล่วงหน้าผ่านช่องทางการสื่อสารต่าง ๆ ที่เหมาะสมและทั่วถึง
2.การจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาปฏิบัติการ หรือการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ
มอบหมายให้คณบดีพิจารณาปรับเปลี่ยนกำหนดการหรือแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ ตามที่เห็นสมควร โดยคำนึงถึงปัจจัยด้านความปลอดภัย ความพร้อมของสถานประกอบการ รวมถึงนักศึกษาและผู้ปกครองเป็นสำคัญ
3.การติดตามสถานการณ์และการเดินทางของบุคลากรและนักศึกษา
ขอให้บุคลากรและนักศึกษาติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารจากทางมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างใกล้ชิด และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางไปยังพื้นที่ที่อาจได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ เพื่อความปลอดภัยของตนเองและผู้อื่น
มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ขอยืนยันเจตนารมณ์ในการสนับสนุนแนวทางสันติวิธี ส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างประเทศ และขอให้ทุกฝ่ายร่วมกันเฝ้าระวังสถานการณ์ด้วยความไม่ประมาท ทั้งนี้มหาวิทยาลัยจะปรับปรุงมาตรการให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง และแจ้งให้ทราบเป็นระยะต่อไป

Subject: Teaching and Learning Measures
during the Ongoing Situation between Thailand and Cambodia
Considering the prevailing tensions between Thailand and Cambodia, which pose potential risks to the safety and well-being of our students and university personnel—a matter of paramount importance to Ubon Ratchathani University—the University is implementing the following measures to safeguard its community and the broader local population. These teaching and learning provisions will remain in effect until the situation normalizes, as detailed below:
1. Lecture-Based Courses
Deans are hereby authorized to determine the most appropriate modes of instruction, including online, onsite, or hybrid formats. Course instructors are responsible for providing students with advance notification regarding the chosen instructional approach and relevant details through suitable and widely accessible communication channels.
2. Practical Courses and Professional Training Programs
Deans are entrusted with the discretion to adjust schedules or instructional methodologies as deemed appropriate. Such adjustments must prioritize safety considerations, the readiness of partner organizations, and the concerns of students and their families.
3. Monitoring of the Situation and Travel Advisory
All university personnel and students are strongly advised to closely monitor official updates from the University and to refrain from traveling to areas that may be affected by the current situation. This is crucial for ensuring their personal safety and the safety of others.
Ubon Ratchathani University reaffirms its steadfast commitment to peaceful resolutions and the fostering of positive international relations. The University urges all parties to remain vigilant and exercise caution. These measures will be reviewed and adjusted as necessary in accordance with the evolving situation, and further updates will be communicated in due course.
