Faculty of Agriculture, Ubon Ratchathani University is organizing the Agricultural Fair titled Kaset Isantai (Southern Isan Agricultural Fair) 2019 from 5 - 23 February 2019. During this fair, people can purchase agricultural products and food, visit exhibitions, take photos in the large sunflower garden and giant vegetable tunnels, and enjoy cultural performances. The theme for this year is Smart Agriculture for Sustainable Development which aims to enhance the potential of farmers through the use of technology. Participants can gain more knowledge about the smart agriculture model through participating in the workshops that are free of charge and by visiting agricultural exhibitions. Moreover, participants can also enjoy agricultural skill competitions such as native chicken and fighting fish contest, fishbowl aquarium decorating, speech competition, miniature gardening and a drawing contest.
The fair is held once every year at a field near the Faculty of Agriculture at UBU. We are looking forward to welcoming all participants at our fair!
