Ubon Ratchathani University (UBU) congratulates Mr. Kaotiklar Poomjan, a student from the Faculty of Engineering and representative of the university’s Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) program, on winning first prize in the Science and Technology category at the Cooperative Education Project Competition hosted by the Lower Northeastern Higher Education Institutions Network. His project, titled “Communication Interface for MODBUS Using ESP32,” has earned him the honor of advancing to the national-level competition.
Additionally, Miss Wachirapranee Chaeheng and Miss Penpitcha Muenprom, students from the Faculty of Science, received second place in the Innovation category for their project focused on transforming scrap rubber waste from the automotive parts manufacturing process at ERP Company into value-added products.
The competition was held on April 9, 2025, at Surindra Rajabhat University, Surin Province. The UBU delegation was led by Dr. Anusorn Bunteong, Assistant to the President for Educational Information, accompanied by university staff members who actively supported the student participants throughout the event.
