On March 25, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, President of Ubon Ratchathani University (UBU), and Assistant Professor Dr. Oranuch Puangsuk, Assistant to the President for International Relations and Education, met with Mr. Nat Hutanuwatr, Managing Director of Monsoon Wind Power Co., Ltd. The purpose of the meeting was to explore potential academic collaboration between the two institutions, as well as to discuss the development of partnerships in other areas that could lead to long-term mutual benefits.
As part of its commitment to educational advancement, Monsoon Wind Power Co., Ltd. has generously provided ten scholarships to students from the Lao People's Democratic Republic, enabling them to pursue undergraduate studies at Ubon Ratchathani University. This initiative serves as a model of public-private cooperation, aiming to expand educational opportunities and contribute to the development of high-quality human resources in the ASEAN region.
UBU reaffirms its commitment to serving as a key academic partner in ASEAN, continuing to collaborate with both public and private sectors to support educational opportunities for youth across the region.
