          Ubon Ratchathani University (UBU) congratulates 5 students from the Faculty of Liberal Arts for their outstanding achievements in the Academic Skills Competition held on Sunthorn Phu Day and National Thai Language Day 2024. The event was organized by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University in collaboration with the Writers Association of Thailand, and took place on August 5-6, 2024.

          The results of the competition were as follows:

Award-Winners

1. Miss Pornburachat Boonla from the Education Program in Thai won the singing contest.
2. Mr. Kwanchai Manosri from the Thai and Communication Program won the improvisation contest.

Second Place

1. Mr. Jittapon Oon-nariang from the Education Program in Thai secured second place in the improvisation contest.

Honorable Mentions

1. Mr. Kittisak Tongma from the Education Program in Thai received an honorable mention for the improvisation contest.
2. Mr. Woramet Somboontuang from the Education Program in Thai received an honorable mention for the Sunthorn Phu quiz contest.
3. Miss Sutatta Seansin from the Education Program in Thai also received an honorable mention for the Sunthorn Phu quiz contest.

          The facilitators were Assistant Professor Natchawinont Saengsrichan and Ms. Nonglak Sungsuman, the Faculty of Liberal Arts.

          These awards are a great source of pride for Ubon Ratchathani University, showcasing the student’s abilities and potential to the public. These achievements not only highlight the students' talents but also enhance the university's reputation.
