On March 26, 2024, Ubon Ratchathani University's President, Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, and the university's executive board warmly welcomed Mr. Nat Hutanuwatr, Managing Director of Monsoon Wind Power Company Limited (MWP), and Ms. Souksone Champasouk, Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel at the Ministry of Energy and Mines, along with their colleagues and 10 grantees supported by MWP, to U-Place Hotel, Ubon Ratchathani University.
The meeting's purpose was to facilitate the travel arrangements for 10 grantees to study at Ubon Ratchathani University for the academic year 2024 and to strengthen academic cooperation between MWP, the Ministry of Energy, and UBU.
During the event, the Office of International Relations at UBU organized an orientation, campus tour, and city tour for the grantees. The students will be studying at the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Science, and the Faculty of Agriculture. UBU is excited to welcome these new students from the Lao PDR.
