Mr. Kwanchai Manosri, a third-year UBU student in the Thai and Communication program at the Faculty of Liberal Arts, was selected by the Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Culture Office to receive the Watanakunakorn Award 2023 that celebrates those who benefit the Ministry of Culture (youth category). UBU congratulates him for this fine achievement.
