Ubon Ratchathani University, Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha led the executive board to discuss the possibility of cooperation on Science, Technology, and Innovation for Humanity with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)– Hyderabad, India on September 15, 2023.  Professor B.S. Murty, the Director of IIT-Hyderabad offered a warm welcome speech.

 

IIT-Hyderabad was founded in 2008 and was ranked 1 in 10 among engineering institutions in India. They integrate science, technology, and social sciences to further innovation for humanity. 

 

After the discussions, both institutions agreed to enhance academic cooperation through student and staff exchanges, especially the integration of science, technology, and innovation for the development of humanity in accordance with the UBU vision: A Leading University in ASEAN Improving the Quality of Life for Society.
