Ubon Ratchathani University President Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha led the executive board, staff, and students in a parade for the Ubon Ratchathani Candle Festival 2023 at the Thung Si Mueang. Ubon Ratchathani University participates annually and is proud to participate in the festival’s candle procession heritage.
