On August 17, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Oranuch Puangsuk, Assistant to the President for International Relations and Education, led the deans, executive board, and staff to welcome Professor Takashi Kobayashi and Clinical Associate Professor Tomohisa Uchida from Oita University, Japan at the College of Medicine and Public Health, Ubon Ratchathani University. This meeting studied the possibility of exchanges between Oita University, the College of Medicine and Public Health, and the Faculty of Liberal Arts at Ubon Ratchathani University. This event provided another excellent opportunity for Ubon Ratchathani University to expand its academic network to empower and encourage students/staff through collaboration.
