Mr. Atthapong Karwan, Vice President for Personnel Administration, led UBU personnel in joining the opening ceremony of the 39th Thai University Sports Games, "The Happiness Games," at Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Pasit Lorterapong, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, presided over the opening ceremony. The activities occur from May 25, 2023, to June 3, 2023.
