The Program Management Unit on Area-Based Development (PMU A) awarded a project entitled “Cultural Capital Management to Promote a Creative Economy, Khemmarat District, Ubon Ratchathani Province” hosted by Ubon Ratchathani University. On this occasion, the Director of the Program Management Unit on Area-Based Development (PMUA), Dr. Kitti Satjawattana gave the award to Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, the President of Ubon Ratchathani University at the City Cultural Fund Fair organized by the Bangkok Luanrit community. This project was conducted with the cooperation of UBU with the Khemmarat Development Network and focuses on cultural tourism, local arts, and the conservation of the culture. The project is also a part of promoting Ubon Ratchathani as part of the UNESCO music city network which will result in an increase in income and community economic expansion.
