On March 29, 2023, UBU and Osaka University signed an agreement regarding an exchange position for Professor Dr. Siriporn Jungsuttiwong, Dean of the Faculty of Science, as Specially Appointed Professor at the Osaka University Department of Applied Chemistry Graduate School of Engineering. At this formal ceremony, Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, UBU president, along with UBU executives, warmly welcomed Professor Dr. Hidehiro Sakurai from the Division of Applied Chemistry at the Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University.

 

This agreement was developed for a UBU professor exchange, with Professor Dr. Siriporn Jungsuttiwong, conducting research at Osaka University from May 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024. It was signed by Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, UBU president, and Professor Dr. Shojiro Nishio, Osaka University’s president.

 

This was an auspicious occasion for both universities and an opportunity to initiate collaboration between the two institutions to advance future education and research.
