On October 17-21, 2022, the Faculty of Agriculture at UBU, was guided by Assistant Professor Dr. Kanjana Payuha, Vice Dean for Research and International Relations. Her team included Associate Professor Dr. Weerawate Utto, the Head of the Department of Agricultural Industry, Dr. Chaiwut Grudpan, a Lecturer from Fisheries, and Associated Professor Dr. Ruangyote Pilajun, a Lecturer at the Department of Animal Science in the Faculty of Agriculture. They served as trainers for a program entitled, “Food Technology, Animal Science, and Aquaculture”.
This training was held for students, lecturers, and staff through the project, “Higher Education Improvement and the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Processing Technology,” supported by the World Bank. This has been held since 2019 and participants from this project have studied for Doctoral and Master's degrees at the Faculty of Agriculture, Ubon Ratchathani University. On this occasion, H.E. Sok Khorn, the President of the National University of Battambang, presided over the opening ceremony while Dr. Pao Srean, the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Processing Technology, proffered certificates to the participants.
