UBU congratulates three lecturers on their new academic rank. After a confidential UBU council meeting held on the 25^th of September, 2021, the academic rankings of the following three lecturers were approved:

 

1. Mr. Metcha Sodsonghrit, a government officer at the university, was bestowed with the academic rank of professor in Chinese, in the Faculty of Liberal Arts from the 19^th of July, 2018.

2. Mr. Somkid Pencharee, a university employee, was bestowed with the academic rank of assistant professor in Physics in the Faculty of Science from the 18^th of March, 2021.

3. Siripong Siramon, M.D., a university employee, was bestowed with the academic rank of assistant professor in Ophthalmology, in the College of Medicine and Public Health from the 4^th of March, 2021.
