Office of Research, Academic Services, and Arts & Culture Preservation at UBU organized a workshop on the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories at U-Place Hotel, UBU on 6-7 February 2019. The aims of the workshop were to provide general knowledge about conformity assessment and general requirements for the competence, impartiality and consistent operation of laboratories according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. The participants of the workshop totaled 51 people from UBU and community people outside the campus such as individuals from Mahidol Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit, Khon Kaen University, Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University, Khemmarat Wittaya School and Ubon Bio Ethanol Public Company Limited.
