In reference to the Ubon Ratchathani University Council Order No.9/2019 ordered on 22 April 2019, the council has appointed Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuripreecha to be the Acting President of UBU. Her service term is for four years beginning on 27 April 2019. The president will be officially recognized after receiving royal endorsement.
Furthermore, UBU has also appointed its executive board members who will serve various duties starting on 29 April 2019. They are:
