IR organized UBU-Test Preparation Workshop

On 30 – 31 May 2019, the Office of International Relations (IR) organized the UBU Test preparation workshop. The aims of the workshop were to enhance students’ English proficiency and to enable the students to be ready to complete the English Proficiency Examination orUBU-Test.

The UBU-Test Project was organized by the Office of Graduate Administration at UBU to provide a formal English proficiency test for UBU graduate students who require an English proficiency test result for their admission and graduation processes. The UBU-Test was organized to be an additional test option that has lower fees for the applicants. Furthermore, the test is open to students at all levels and the general population who may require the test result for their academic and career purposes.

IR, as an academic supporting unit, intends to help the UBU-Test applicants to gain satisfactory test results. Therefore, the UBU-Test preparation workshop was organized. The workshop was opened by Assist. Prof. Dr. Chalermchai Wongrak, Assistant to the President for International Relations and Education, and was held at the Office of the President Building. The skills that were focused on in the workshop were on grammar, writing, reading and listening. Besides the applicants of the test, UBU students and the general population can also attend the workshop without any registration fees.
