UBU took an oath of allegiance to be good civil servants to honor His Majesty the King’s Birthday

On 26 July 2019, UBU organized an oath ceremony at the His Majesty’s 7th Cycle Birthday Anniversary Commemorating Building, Ubon Ratchathani University. Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, President, led UBU staff in taking an oath of allegiance to the King promising to be good civil servants. The aims of the event were to cultivate consciousness and an ideology to respect the three main institutions of Thailand: Nation, Religion and the Monarchy. Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha began by delivering the words of blessings. Afterward, all of the participants stated the oath. At the end of the ceremony, they sang songs together: the Thai royal anthem or Sansoen Phra Barami and Sadudee Jomracha. Then, they saluted after the Sadudee Jomracha song finished.
