On 15-16 November 2019, the Market 2020 (R2M 2020) Competition (regional selection round) was organized and held at Khon Kaen University Science Park. The competition involved 4 network universities in the Northeast of Thailand: Khon Kaen University, Mahasarakham University, Suranaree University of Technology and Ubon Ratchathani University.
UBU is pleased to announce that two teams from UBU qualified for the final round which will be held at Prince of Songkla University from 31 January 2020 to 1 February 2020. The first team named Trader Born presented a project titled “Good Food System.” They designed a smart farm system using IoT. The IoT helps control light and room temperature. It can also help release Ozone in pig farms through its exhaust gas treatment systems. To effectively manage the IoT, it is monitored through a Line Chat Box application. The team consists of:

The second teamed named, Together UBU, developed an effective method to grow mushrooms in a container with a controlling system kit. The kit includes an automatic temperature senor, a cooling system, a light system and an automatic watering system. The energies are powered by natural sources such as solar cells and their operations are efficiently controlled through an application.The team consists of:
