The Faculty of Sciences at UBU donated 230 liters of sanitizing gel to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus at the campus

Due to the high awareness of the COVID-19 outbreak situation and the concern about UBU students’ health security, 230 liters of sanitizer gel produced by the Chemistry Department at the Faculty of Sciences, UBU were given to the UBU Student Council to help prevent the Covid-19 virus. On this special occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Charida Pukahuta, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Associate Professor Dr. Pornpan Pungpo, Head of the Chemistry Department, together with the faculty staff members, warmly welcomed Ms. Charuayporn Santhaweesuk, Vice President for Student Development and Alumni Relations and representatives from UBU Student Council, upon their visit to the Faculty of Science to receive the sanitizer gel. The amount of 230 liters of sanitizer gel will be packed into 3000 portable bottles. Afterward, the gels will be distributed to UBU students and placed at various points within classroom buildings. 

UBU expresses deepest thanks to the Faculty of Science for always helping maintain the health security of the UBU community. UBU wishes for all UBU community members to stay healthy and safe.
