On 30 July 2020, UBU organized a religious event to honor His Majesty the King on his 68th birthday and to celebrate its 30th anniversary which took place on the 28th of July 2020 and the 29th of July 2020, respectively. The event was held at His Majesty’s 7th Cycle Birthday Anniversary Commemorating Building, UBU. On this special occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, the President, presided over the Buddhist ceremony and led UBU staff members and students to offer alms and food to nine monks. In the afternoon, a special sermon was delivered by Pra Damrong Sujitto, a monk from Wat Pluempatanawas, Prakham District, Buriram Province.
