In order to comply with the province’s lockdown measures against COVID-19, Ubon Ratchathani University requests that any personnel including permanent and short-term employees who need to travel out of the province submit a request form to the university’s president. The approval form for travel will be required at checkpoints.

Please note: the form is in Thai and needs the respective dean’s signature to be considered completed.
