UBU congratulates Associate Professor Dr. Anchalee Samphao from the Faculty of Science for being among the “Bernd Rode Award Laureates 2022”. She received this “project-based” category award for her work, “An electrochemical paper-based analytical device (ePAD) for the detection of toxic substances.” Her research partners were 1) Associate Professor Dr. Astrid Ortner from the Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, University of Graz, Austria, 2. Associate Professor Dr. Kurt Kalcher from the Institute of Analytical Chemistry, University of Graz, Austria. This project received a 5000 euros grant from ASEA-UNINET.
