On 27 June 2021, Hotel Management students from the Business School joined the competition at the “MICE Career Day 2021” (an online platform). This event was held by Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University and the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). This event was an Isan (Northeast) regional competition hosted via Zoom.
This event sought to enhance student and staff MICE career skills in the Isan (Northeast) region. The activities consisted of three areas 1) training, 2) a MICE career competition, and 3) an entrepreneur meeting.
For the competition, the UBU KIT Club Team was awarded 3rd place in “Sustainable Food for MICE Competition” and the UBU Catering Team won an honorable mention in the “Sustainable Meeting Room Arrangement Competition”.
