On 12 October 2016, Dr Oranuch Puangsuk, Assistant to the President for International Education, and Ms Suvaput Nakrukamphonphatn, Vice Dean for Planning and Policy for the Faculty of Nursing, warmly welcomed Nursing master students from the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) at International House (iHouse), Office of International Relations, UBU. The welcome included an orientation to living at UBU and a campus tour for the ten students participating in an exchange program from 10 October to 6 November.
This exchange program involves collaboration between the Faculty of Nursing, UBU and the Faculty of Medicine, UMY in a range of activities that provides great opportunities for students from both universities.
One of the Indonesian students said, “I feel really happy and have a feeling like I’m home. Staff here are so nice and friendly. I want this kind of program to continue every year.”
